YES I am still around!!
BACK GROUND
I started my KR2 project in 1992. Then I was not aware of the KR2S (don't know if it existed yet) and I did not much like the rumors I heard about the short tail KR. I did like the look of the KR and the relatively cheap and easy method of construction. I did do some things (yeh, right!!!) the hard way (I call it experimenting), causing me to rebuild some parts of the aircraft, but what the heck that's why they call it experimental..... No one said the aircraft has to actually fly before you decide to change something on it!!
